Free mockup
When you request a free cap mockup through ClubCrew, we will produce a design concept at no cost and with no obligation. Receiving a mockup does not commit your club to a production order. We produce mockups in good faith and ask that you engage honestly about your club's intentions.
Production orders
All production orders require written approval from an authorised club representative before manufacturing begins. A deposit is required to secure your production run. Order quantities, specifications and timelines will be confirmed in writing prior to deposit. Changes requested after production has commenced may incur additional costs.
Artwork and intellectual property
Artwork files produced by ClubCrew are provided to the club upon receipt of full payment for the associated production order. Until full payment is received, all artwork files remain the intellectual property of ClubCrew. Your club's existing crest and logos remain the property of your club at all times. By submitting your club's artwork, you confirm you have the authority to use it for merchandise production.
Delivery and quality
ClubCrew will use reasonable endeavours to meet agreed delivery timelines. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. All products are quality checked prior to dispatch. If you receive faulty goods, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an order does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately and we will assess the situation and make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
